Regeneration Proposals

A second master plan was agreed for the Woodberry Down neighbourhood in 2013. A summary of the plan can be viewed by clicking the link below:

 

 

The largest green space in the neighbourhood will be in phase 2, Spring Park. Detailed designs have been prepared for this park. The first phase of the  Park is due to be completed in 2017. The designs can be viewed by clicking the links below:

 

Berkeley Homes are looking to redesign phase 3 to add additional homes. This will require a change in planning permission. Initial draft proposals have been subject to consultation. For details of the proposals
