The Independent Tenant and Leaseholder Advice Surgeries will be held from Tuesday 13th April at the WDCO Officer, Unit 2c Rowan Apartments London. The office will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 6pm.

The Regeneration and Housing Office at 440 Seven Sisters Road is shut from Wednesday 18th March. Notices have been put up redirecting residents to contact their housing officer.

Hackney Council buildings are closed to the public. They will continue to deliver essential public services. The housing officers, are currently being asked not to visit residents’ homes wherever possible and are encouraged to engage with residents over the phone or by email instead. Where known staff are checking in by telephoning vulnerable residents.

Hackney Council has launched a helpline for those affected by Coronavirus, particularly those who are socially isolating and potentially cut off from help. The helpline number is 020 8356 3111 (8am-5pm Monday-Friday). If residents have immediate medical needs or concerns they should continue to call 111 - or in an emergency 999.

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) staff will still be working but probably from home. First contact for residents will be to their housing officer; see below. 

They are still looking to provide repairs to residents homes through the Handyman Service but if you are self isolating let them know.
